MMX Transportation Inc offers all full time employees a $25,000 life insurance policy that becomes effective the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
This policy is free to the employees. MMX Transportation covers the expense of the policy to the employee.
MMX Transportation offers medical, dental , and vision insurance coverage to full-time employees and their eligible dependents. Employees are eligible to enroll during the first 60 days of employment, the coverage becomes effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
The medical coverage is a PPO ( Preferred Provider Organization) medical insurance that permits you to obtain care and service from any provider that you choose. The medical coverage includes prescription drug coverage.
Employees may elect all of the insurance coverage as stand – alone coverage. In order to cover eligible dependents, the employee must be enrolled in the insurance as well.
MMX Transportation Inc. covers 50% of the employees’ cost on the medical insurance.
Paid Time Off:
We value the hard work and dedication of our employees. Drivers earn vacation time based on their annual miles driven.
Vacation time is paid after one year of service and must be approved by the VP of Operations.
Full-time employees may be granted up to three days paid funeral leave to attend the funeral of an immediate or step family member or spouse’s immediate family member. This is defined as:
• In-Laws ( Mother/Father)
In the event of the death of a relative who is not a member of your immediate family, an employee may be granted one day of paid funeral leave.
MMX Transportation Inc offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan as a valuable benefit to all full time employees who have been with the company after 90 days of service.
